Product Details

The Sunspot Window Cat Hammock gives your cat a front-row seat to the world outside. It attaches to a window with suction cups, creating a raised perch where your cat can watch birds, soak up the sun and nap in comfort. Indoor cats love a high lookout, and a window seat can make a small apartment feel bigger to them.

Will the suction cups hold? Grip depends on the glass, so clean and dry the window first, press each cup firmly in place, and check the grip from time to time, especially after hot or cold days. Is it big enough? Choose the 30x45cm size for most cats or the 30x52cm size for bigger cats who like to stretch out. The cushioned bed sits on a frame that holds it level against the glass, so it feels steady under your cat.

Short on floor space? A window perch uses none, which suits apartments and smaller homes, and the hammock folds for easy storage. Pick beige, grey or a soft flannel finish to suit your room. Use smooth, flat glass only, not tinted film or textured windows, and test it with a gentle press before your cat jumps up. These hammocks are made to order, so please allow extra delivery time. Easy 30-day returns, and we cover return shipping if your order arrives faulty or damaged.

Questions about this product

  • How does it attach?

With suction cups that press onto the glass. Clean the window first, press each cup firmly and test it with a gentle push before your cat jumps up.

  • How much weight will it hold?

It is designed for cats. Follow the installation steps carefully, use smooth flat glass only and re-press the cups every few weeks.

  • Which size should I pick?

30x45cm suits most cats. 30x52cm gives large cats a bit more length to stretch out.

  • Can I use it on a tinted or textured window?

No. Suction cups need smooth, flat glass. Tinted film and textured glass do not give a reliable seal.

  • Why does it say made to order?

These hammocks are made when you order, so they can take longer to arrive than stocked items. Your tracking email shows the latest estimate.

  • Is shipping free on this item?

Yes. Every Nested Pets order ships free across Australia with tracking, with no minimum spend. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

  • What if it is not right for my pet?

You have 30 days from delivery to return it. Change-of-mind returns need to be unused and in the original packaging, and you cover the postage back to us. If it arrives faulty or damaged we replace or refund it and cover the return shipping.
