1. Overview

This website is operated by Nested Pets ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits nestedpets.com or buys from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with how it works, and not to copy or resell our content without permission.

3. Products and descriptions

We work to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary a little between batches. Product images include styled lifestyle scenes to show how an item can be used. If an item you receive doesn't match its description, contact us and it's covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Pet safety

Please choose the right size for your pet, follow any care and use instructions, and supervise your pet with new products, especially toys and anything they may chew. Check products regularly for wear and stop using anything that becomes damaged.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or can't verify payment, and we'll refund any payment taken.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and exchanges are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you think your account has been used without permission.

8. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we aren't responsible for their content.

9. Intellectual property

The text, images, logos and design of this site belong to Nested Pets or are used with permission. You may not use them without our written consent.

10. Liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page. The terms that apply to an order are the ones shown when the order was placed.
