• Is shipping really free?

  Yes. Every order ships free across Australia with tracking. There's no minimum spend and no code to enter.

• How do I track my order?

  As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow it. You can also open Track Your Order at any time.

• What is your returns policy?

  You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, we cover the return shipping and replace or refund it. For change-of-mind returns, the item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, and you cover the postage back to us.

• How do I pick the right size for my pet?

  Every product page lists the sizes and measurements from the maker. For beds, measure your pet curled up asleep and add a little room. For harnesses and clothing, measure the chest at its widest point and compare it with the size table. If you're between sizes, go up one.

• Can I change or cancel my order?

  If you contact us quickly, usually before the order has been packed, we can change the size or colour or cancel it for you. Once it has shipped, the easiest option is to use our 30-day returns.

• How can I get in touch?

  Send us a message through the Contact page and include your order number if you have one. We reply within 1 to 2 business days.
