Product Details

The Orbit Bubble Pet Carrier Backpack lets your cat or small dog come along for the ride with a clear window to watch the world go by. It is a comfortable way to carry your pet to the vet, on public transport or around the neighbourhood, and the backpack style keeps your hands free.

Will my pet get too warm inside? Breathable side panels help keep air moving, but like any carrier it should not be used in direct sun or a hot car. Is it heavy on your back? Shoulder straps spread the weight, which makes longer trips easier. Will my pet fit? It suits cats and small dogs who are comfortable being carried, so check that your pet can sit and turn around comfortably, and choose a soft carrier instead if they are near the top of the small-dog range.

Worried your pet will panic? Leave the backpack open at home with a blanket and a few treats inside so your pet can explore it first, then start with short trips. Many nervous pets settle once they have a secure, enclosed space and a view of you. Choose green, khaki, pink or blue. The blue option is made to order, so please allow extra delivery time if you choose it. Easy 30-day returns, and we cover return shipping if your order arrives faulty or damaged.

Questions about this product

What size pet fits?
It suits cats and small dogs. Check the measurements on this page against your pet's length and weight before ordering.
Can my pet breathe properly in there?
Yes. The sides have breathable panels and the clear bubble window gives them a view and lets light in. Never leave a pet in a closed carrier in a warm car.
Is it comfortable to carry?
It has padded backpack shoulder straps, so the weight sits on your back rather than one shoulder.
Which colours are available?
Green, khaki, pink and blue. The blue option is made to order, so allow extra delivery time if you choose it.
How do I get my cat used to it?
Leave it open at home with a blanket inside for a few days before the first trip, and keep early trips short.
Is shipping free on this item?
Yes. Every Nested Pets order ships free across Australia with tracking, with no minimum spend. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
What if it is not right for my pet?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it. Change-of-mind returns need to be unused and in the original packaging, and you cover the postage back to us. If it arrives faulty or damaged we replace or refund it and cover the return shipping.
